Susan Bernofsky has translated the work of such authors as Robert Walser, Jenny Erpenbeck, and Yoko Tawada from German into English. This workshop will address practical, linguistic and theoretical perspectives on translation, with a particular focus on the inventive wordplay of Yoko Tawada.
